Oana Niculae serves as the Country Leader and CEO for Points of You Romania with an extensive background in corporate coaching. Oana attended the Romanian Coaching Academy and the Center for Executive Coaching which led to her specializing in various areas.

During these successful years, Oana has also completed her ICF certification to become a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), along with becoming certified in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

Oana has been an entrepreneur since 1999 and has led a successful coaching business since 2013.

While Oana is familiar with several assessments in the coaching industry, she focuses on developing her own to better serve her clients and establish groundbreaking results.

Oana has served as an external coach, consultant, and trainer in industries like Insurance, Banking and Finance, Pharmaceutical and Educational Institutes.

Oana believes in creating bridges between individuals, and teams, opening communication, and move them successfully towards their primary objectives. Her own system relies heavily on leadership and assessments.
