Manbir is an executive, leadership, and team coach for over 25 years, with over 15 years with corporate business. She has been coaching in technology organizations such as IT, software, and services, including international assignments.

She is an ICF-certified MCC coach, conversational intelligence practitioner, and positive intelligence coach. She helps leaders in tech organizations to achieve balanced and sustainable growth for themselves, their teams, and organizations by facilitating the alignment of aspirations, purpose, conversations, and actions.

Manbir is a published author of two business books. Her first book, ‘Are You The Leader You Want To Be?’ shares one of her coaching-based frameworks ‘HUMAN Leadership’, that has helped many leaders in the tech world transform themselves and their teams. Her second book, ‘Get Your Next promotion’ is designed to help high potentials reach C Levels within the organizations. ‘Are You The Leader You Want To Be?’ was nominated as of the top 5 business books in India for ‘C K Prahlad Business Book Award 2019’.

Manbir writes regularly on leadership, conversations, culture, and human leadership at work. Some of her work has been published by Silicon India. Economic Times, People Matters, Business World, HBR Ascend, and other publications.
