With over 20 years of leadership coaching experience, Jeanie Paterson is an ICF accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and holds a master’s degree in Leadership Studies from Royal Roads University.

As a seasoned executive/leadership coach and facilitator, Jeanie is passionate about assisting clients to tap into their creative capacity, potential, and resilience amidst ever-changing circumstances and complexities.

Jeanie works extensively with multi-sector senior leaders, boards, managers, and frontline staff, specializing in areas related to leadership & team development, staff engagement & retention, and workplace coaching & mentoring.

Alongside her extensive experience, Jeanie is also a LEADS & Certified Health Executive – 360 Debrief Coach with the Canadian College of Health Leaders.
