Since 2009, Greg has been a Head Coach of British Para Table Tennis and has gone on earn medals at the London 2012 Paralympic Games, and breaking records in Rio 2016.

Greg’s Head Coach Leadership to date has helped deliver over 60 major medals, spanning over 13 years of major championship success, including European, World, and Paralympic Champions.

Greg Baker’s Executive Coaching experience has been evolved to support strategic leadership, emotional intelligence, resilience, and change management skills. Simultaneously, Greg is also a Fellow of the Leaders Institute and also holds a Postgraduate qualification in Business Coaching.
