With over 40 years of professional excellence in corporate, public, higher education, and not-for-profit sectors, Diane Watson received her executive training from The Hudson Institute of Coaching and has now coached for 8 years.

Diane specializes in working with high-achieving executives and high potential leaders to shift their approach to meet 21st-century demands. As an executive coach, Diane works with executive leaders and teams to debunk myths of retirement and help them continue to bring their passion and envision a new, balanced career.

With her PCC (ICF) certification, Diane also has IO Psychology and Applied Psychology certifications. Moreover, Daine’s training also includes facilitation methods, and she is certified in many different assessments including Hogan, Voices 360 and Leadership Architect.
